Hippotizer GrassHopper
If your project needs a single output of full HD fed from 8 media layers in a robust but compact rackmount form then meet the Hippotizer GrassHopper. This new addition to the Green Hippo range brings a wealth of possibilities to any show whilst ensuring you don’t compromise quality when meeting the budget.
GrassHopper shares all the software features of its close relative the Hippotizer HD. Its unrestricted output resolution allows you to drive a single HD display or lets you get the best from output extenders such as Matrox multi-head adapters, the EMS-iVU4 or Datapath x4.
Use it as a stand-alone player, with VideoMapper or make it work hard as part of an UberPan rig to provide the flexibility, ease of use and array of configuration options you’ve come to expect from any member of the Hippotizer family.

HippoCritter Rackmount
With the HippoCritter Rackmount, you can do everything you can do with its bigger brothers. If you only need to run 4 video layers and you don't need dual/pan output or HD media then the HippoCritter Rackmount might be the solution for your project.
You get built-in Media encoding, full Timeline capabilities, full effects banks, ScreenWarp and PixelMapper, all without compromise. And because the HippoCritter Rackmount supports full HippoNet functionality it will integrate fully into any project big or small.
The HippoCritter Rackmount retains all the engine elements so you'll still get rich media playback up to a resolution of 720 x 576 and our highly acclaimed frame-blending too.
You also get the addition of built in composite video capture functionality.

HippoPortamus
